Central platform for a dealer group

Starting point

A dealer group with 5 locations and over 800 vehicles in stock managed each location separately. Vehicle inventories were maintained manually in Excel, listings were posted individually on Mobile.de, and management had no cross-location overview of sales and margins.

Result

Development of a central platform with real-time inventory overview, automatic listing creation and cross-location reporting. Listing time per vehicle dropped from 25 minutes to under 5 minutes. Management now receives daily reports with sales, margins and days-on-lot per location.

Do you work with existing DMS systems?

Yes, we have experience with common dealer management systems like Cross, AUTOonline and others. We implement interfaces to your existing systems or migrate data when a switch makes sense. Usually the existing DMS continues to run and our platform complements it.

What does a dealership platform cost?

Costs depend on the scope of features. A basic platform for a single location with inventory management and listing creation starts at around 15,000 euros development plus monthly operating costs. For dealer groups with multiple locations and individual requirements we create a tailored offer.

Can you also support smaller dealerships?

Absolutely. Our solutions scale in both directions -- from a single location with 30 vehicles to a dealer group with dozens of branches. For smaller businesses we offer standardized modules that are quick to deploy and cost-effective.

How long does it take to introduce a new platform?

A single module like vehicle valuation is ready for use in 4 to 6 weeks. A complete platform with DMS integration and multiple locations typically requires 3 to 4 months. We work in phases so that initial modules can go live early.
