What this looks like in practice
Digitalization strategy for a mid-sized company
A trades company with 45 employees still worked largely paper-based. Orders were taken by phone and noted by hand, scheduling was on a whiteboard, and invoices were written weeks after job completion. Management knew something needed to change -- but not where to start.
In a two-week strategy process we analyzed all core processes and identified three quick wins: digital order capture, mobile time tracking and automated invoicing. The roadmap covered 12 months in three phases. In parallel we secured BAFA funding of 16,500 euros for consulting and implementation. The first measures were in use after 6 weeks.
Funding for IT investment
A manufacturing company wanted to digitalize its production planning and introduce an MES system. The investment was estimated at 120,000 euros. Management had heard about funding programs but the application process seemed too complex and uncertain.
We identified two combinable funding programs: "Digital Jetzt" and a state program from L-Bank. Together we created the project description, digitalization plan and all required documents. The company received a total of 42,000 euros in funding -- 35% of the investment sum. The application process including our support took 3 weeks.

An initial consultation with as-is analysis and roadmap for a company with up to 50 employees typically costs between 5,000 and 12,000 euros. Of this, 50% to 80% is often eligible for funding through programs like BAFA. We clarify funding eligibility in the free initial consultation.
How long does a strategy project take?
A compact digitalization strategy with as-is analysis, workshops and roadmap typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. A comprehensive technology audit for larger companies can take 4 to 6 weeks. Funding advisory runs in parallel and does not delay the process.
Do you also support implementation after the strategy phase?
Yes, that is exactly our advantage. We can implement the recommended measures ourselves -- from software development to IT infrastructure to e-commerce. This way no knowledge is lost between consulting and implementation, and you have one continuous point of contact.
